Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
FreeForm Event Co. takes cleaning and sanitation seriously and with high priority. The venue is professionally cleaned between each booking as well as providing personal protective equipment for all guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:

- Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

General Rules
- No smoking in the building.
- Outside catering is allowed.
- No alcohol is to be sold.
- Clients will return the space in the same condition it was given.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
For client safety, security cameras and anti-theft devices are secured around the property, and are recording 24/7. No devices are placed in bathrooms/restrooms or dressing rooms.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Yes, I would book again.
This place was amazing for my gender Reveal I had recently! Nice and spacious, I was able to add on table and chairs, and didn’t have trouble with parking! Jeremy was a great host! Answered all my questions! I would definitely book here again!
