About the Space

Location is perfect for hosting private birthday events, workshops, intimate performances, private screenings, private dinners , artist exhibits, video/photo shoots and more. The layout is an open space with a pool table , mini stage, lounge bar , projector w/ 100 inch screen and plenty of room for a dance floor . All furnishings are movable except for the pool table. Ask us about stocking the bar for you. For additional fees we can provide audio/visual technician live sound engineer DJ bartender party host private catering and best of all decor for any themed event or creative vision. Please note that our restroom is not ADA accessible and a small single stall . We plan to expand the restroom next spring.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

This spot worked great for my 70s themed birthday party, it was such a vibe. I was able to set up food, the bar space was perfect & had space for a Photobooth. Great communication & amazing hospitality. I’d totally book again
