Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Tables, chairs, and equipment are wiped down and disinfected after each reservation using Lysol or Clorox products

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This is a great quiet space for recording podcasts as well as photoshoots or filming scenes that require a green screen. We have a desk, lounge chairs, a card table, 6-foot table, and foldable chairs available so that you can create whatever kind of scene is needed for your project. We also have all of the audio recording equipment needed to record a podcast episode. We also have a camera available for video recording at an extra charge. There's also an iMac located in the room equipped with Adobe Suite so that you can edit in the room if needed. We also have five 8’x10’ backdrops; 1 white, 1 black, 1 yellow, 1 Royal blue, 1 purple for use (free of charge) if you want to use a background other than the green screen.

General Rules

No smoking in the building. Outside food is allowed. No drugs inside the building. No weapons allowed in the building. Please respect the neighboring businesses and try not to be too loud.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

cameras are located in the hallways outside of rooms and in rooms to ensure safety.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
