About the Space
A vintage space that is multifunctional. The space is within an actual music recording studio. People have used the space for rehearsals ( being that there is musical equipment ie: 4 mics, full drum set, 2 pianos and PA system). Also a great space for music video scene and or vintage indoor photoshoot. The space has also been used to record podcast/interviews.

There is a fair amount of street parking directly in front of the building as well as nearby streets in very close proximity.

There is not any natural light in the studio any lighting must be created artificially.

Equipment can only be taken up the stairs... (one flight of stairs)
No staging area available
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Anything outside of our studio is not permitted to be shot unless the individual takes it upon themselves to contact necessary party(ies) to do so.
General Rules
-No smoking in studio space nor building.
-No alcohol allowed in studio space.
-No touching the guitars on display.
-You must have your own photo or videography equipment.
- Guest are welcome to bring their own musical. equipment for rehearsals (ie: keyboard, guitar, any instrument of reasonable size).
- There are accessible bathrooms for guest use on premises.
- There is a large vintage leather couch that may be moved upon request.
- Please keep space tidy and left how you found it.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras located in the hallways leading into the studio as well as a security camera in the studio.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Location is cleaned thoroughly before and after every visit with products that have been recommended by local health authorities to prevent the spead of covid-19.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
