The Pink Palace, is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath unit that comfortably sleeps 8 (three roll away beds included) , in the center of River Oaks. This unique retreat is conveniently located near the Galleria, Uptown area, Memorial park, the Museum District, Houston Zoo, as well as many upscale restaurants and shopping centers. Book Today ! There is street parking available. There is one on site parking spot available with the unit.
General Rules
No smoking in the unit.
We have an all white and all black backdrop with lights for photoshoot.

There is free street parking and one personal parking space on the premises.
A "Guest" is anyone who is in the unit upon stay.
Please turn off all lights, Tv's, and electrical components when not in use.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There is one security camera at the entrance of the property. There is another on the patio out back. There is also a noise level monitoring system. These devices are on constantly.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We are up to date with current Covid cleaning and sanitation guidelines.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
