Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
The Modern Flat is a bright, welcoming space that is within walking distance from Brooklyn's beloved Prospect Park. The flat is filled with art, greenery, and modern decor. The Modern Flat is courtyard-facing with six large west-facing windows. The space is amazing for all types of photography, videography as well as small group meetings including workshops, interviews, and even podcasts. General Rules
Things To Note:
** All bookings start and end times are inclusive of setup and breakdown time
** The front door is self-locking - once you leave the apartment you will be locked out
** Bathroom can be used as needed (storage, dressing room, makeup area). Nothing "behind the curtain" - no showering, bathing, shower scenes, etc.
** Music is permitted but must be kept at a reasonable level as to not disturb the residents of the building
** There are surveillance cameras on the premises -- please do not touch, block, cover or unplug them.
** Outside props are welcomed. Furniture and decor (excluding the kitchen island & media console) can be moved but must be put back in place
** Overtime fees are charged for departures that are more than 15min delayed at 1.5x the hourly rate
** Please "reset" the space and leave the floor in "broom condition"
** Guest is responsible for all equipment, facilities, amenities, and the unit itself during their stay. Any loss, damage, or theft of any of the aforementioned properties is the sole responsibility of the Client/Renter, and they will be charged for the amount of replacement/repair immediately
**A host will be at the location at the start of the booking to orient you/your team to the space and to ensure that rules and headcount are followed.
House Rules:
- The bedroom is off-limits and not an included room in your booking. Please do not enter.
- No smoking inside the apartment or building (There is a $300 additional cleaning fee if smoke is detected)
- No food or drink (other than water)
- No shoes inside the flat with the exception of the talent
- No pets are allowed
- No overnight stays
- No glitter, confetti, prop blood, fur, or material difficult to clean up
- Please do not sit, crouch, or stand on the kitchen island or media console
- Please do not use/move the dining or cookware
- Please do not open any closets, cabinets, drawers, doors, or appliances
- Please do not remove anything from any baskets or storage containers

The Modern Parkside Flat truly exceeded my expectations! The pictures on Peerspace simple do not do this place justice. Aesthetically, the place has amazing lighting and the interior design is very artistic. The flat is conveniently located and easy to get to. The host was accommodating and was always available for any question that I may have. I would definitely book this place again!!
