  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Ultimate party backyard has lush vegetation and desert landscape with large trees, raised pavilion (ideal for wedding ceremonies, graduations, or special dinners), sparkling pool with shaded gazebo, swim-up sunken pool bar, fire pit, sound system, dance area, two BBQs, sand volleyball court, tennis court, fountain, and much more. Front yard has an upscale Airstream Flying Cloud trailer. House has five bedrooms, including custom, updated master suite and bathroom with private side garden, 3.5 bathrooms, huge double-sided fireplace in entryway, large family room with big screen TV, beautiful dining room overlooking backyard, big granite kitchen with smart double-ovens. Ice machine makes plenty of ice for your party. Just minutes from the strip, blocks from Las Vegas Blvd, and 7 minutes from the airport. Amy and her family are amazing! She was very responsive on all correspondence. The space was perfect and exactly what I was looking for when holding my nephew's Celebration of Life service.
