About the Space
Welcome! We have created the perfect ambience for music videos, interviews, and photoshoots, gatherings and more. Our large, hall-like space is approximately 1,250 sqft., surrounded by high ceilings with a convenient entrance for unloading equipment. We have a one foot tall stage with two built-in stripper-like poles, and neon, changeable, lights around the perimeter of the stage. What's Included? - High grade fog machine - Snow effect machine - Surround sound speakers with an easy bluetooth connection (just play music from your phone or laptop) - Mounted heavy-weight chains from the ceiling (which can be removed by request) - High speed Internet connect (just ask us about wifi) - We are happy to provide different props (currently we have a large black couch and white bar stools) - Perfectly chilly A/C - Tons of LED lighting kits equipped with colored filters (red, blue, green) - No natural light - Private restroom - Private changing area for talent - Secluded parking In addition, the following can be added to your rental upon request: - RED camera (extra $150/hour) - ARRI light (1000W + 650W + 650W +100W) (extra $10/hour) We are glad to assist and appreciate the opportunity to host you. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Nice space, made the small amount of cast I had look like a big crowd. We all loved the poles and had a great time on set. My only note is that it was a little hard to find the building but the set itself was great.
