All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Our space is an all white space which creates the opportunity for any idea in mind from intimate weddings, dinner parties, kid's parties, birthday/anniversary celebrations, photoshoots, graduation parties, dance studio, conferences & more. The Space has 4 10ft windows with are great accents for daytime or evening events. Chandeliers that set the mood for any occasion. We are 5 minutes away from I-10, 10 mins away from Katy Mills Mall, minutes away from Brookshire, Fulshear, Waller, Richmond, & Houston.
