Very clean space! We are cleaning specialist so we are safety first minded. Our studios, equipment and props are throughly sanitized before each booking.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Beautiful, professional studio space, located in the Inland Empire. We offer a clean, safe, creative space where you can create photoshoots, video shoots, workshops, business meetings, engagements, proposals, presentations and more! Located in a quiet, professional complex. This space is located on the first floor, so no stairs or elevator necessary.

General Rules
No smoking in building. No disturbing other business professionals in complex. Outside catering is allowed.

Security cameras and recording devices
No cameras inside of restrooms and other private spaces. Cameras are at front and rear doors. Safe area, open area, safe environment.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
