Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space

Great for birthday parties, weddings, sports, or intimate dinners. Discounted time available for set-up and clean up, please add on when booking. Cozy large fireplace for dining or great conversation adjoined by a bench to watch or play basketball or hit on the putting green. Large open area for tent or table seating for guests. parking for 1 event vehicle inside yard, half basketball court. Fireplace and seating great for outdoor movies. Putting Green with sandtrap.

Free street parking

Parking description

Easy free street parking and direct yard access for approximately 25 cars. Additional street parking. Additional free parking for 10 cars on the adjoining street.

General Rules

No hanging out or drinking on the street or in cars on the streets at the property or neighboring streets. No smoking on property. No dunking on the basketball net. Not designed for dunking. No entry to the main house. Only entry through the back gate. Guest are required to pick up and bag trash and place it in garbage cans during and after the event. All equipment and guest possessions must be removed at the end of the event on the same day or the deposit will not be refunded. A $150 deposit will be required and refunded at the end of the event when all equipment, required clean up and removal and any additional agreed upon conditions are complete. The deposit will be collectible and payable via Venmo, Zelle or Cash app.

Security cameras and recording devices

There is a video recording camera system at the gate entry. The system will be on.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
