COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We sanitize and clean regularly to be sure that everyone is safe. We have masks, sanitizer. gloves & thermometers available for those who choose to use them.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

General Rules

There's no smoking. All meetings must be booked in advance. We are flexible with scheduling as long as there's proper communication. Everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves. The building has regular maintenance cleaning and sanitizing for everyone's convenience. Kitchen is for basic meals and light use only. Tours can be scheduled via text or website.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

We have security cameras monitoring who comes in and out and in public areas of the building for safety and theft purposes. Private meeting rooms are available. We do not have audio recording.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
