This is a working goat farm. Nestled inside the barn, this private suite is surrounded by farms, horses and lots of serenity -- it includes a kitchenette, two sleeping areas, a patio, fire pit, grill, car port and more. Just steps away, you'll play with friendly goats. This is a magical place for special families who want a safe, private & judgement-free home away from home. This is a working farm. We raise goats for milk and create artisan goat milk soap and body care products. The strong scent of fresh soaps may offend some guests who are sensitive to smells. We sanitize all towels and bed lines before your check-in. This includes any thick comforters. We use fabric softeners and air fresheners and we create soaps. We have had very sensitive guests complain about the scents. If you believe you are sensitive to scents, we kindly request you chose a different space. Two Grooms Farm is actually our real home and homestead. We are not a hotel or bed and breakfast. Because of that, we do ask guests to be respectful of our home and leave it orderly, tidy and clean. HOUSE RULES: Please, absolutely no smoking indoors, in the barn, on the patio, in the garage, in RV port, at the pool or around animals. Smoke in open, uncovered areas and properly extinguish and dispose of cigarette wrappers, buds and match sticks. This is a residential neighborhood. Our neighbors are kind to allow us to host guests. Never drive above 25 MPH on Arundel Way and always be mindful of noise. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
