- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space
Each in the house has its own name & theme. There are Desert Night w glowing stars at night. Sunset on the Mojave with mural wall art & cactus flowers. All flower arrangements in the house are hand-crafted. The space is beautiful & perfect for photoshoot. In the backyard there is a flower-decorated bench for photoshoot. At night the solar light will light this area up for a magical experience. There is a glass done/bubble tent that you can use for epic tea time with friends, unique outdoor yoga/meditation space & cool enough for a mini-session photoshoot. There is also a beautiful wooden soaking tub on a deck with solar light art at night. The space is beautiful, unique for photoshoot as well as relaxing for vacation rental.
