Great Space to do photography and short films. The open layout provides many options for a photographer to capture for their model. Also great hangout space for girls' night or any type of small baby shower-type events. So many great things to say about the space the best way to understand is to attend.

IT WAS HOT!!!! our makeup was melting off. there was no central air conditioning. there were small portable ac units around the apartment that barely did anything. The host was still cleaning once we arrived but made accommodations by extending our reservation. I also had to contact him for the info upon entering the property when it was stated that i’d receive the info 3 hours prior to reservation. There is a room with 3 beds and one of the beds were on the floor so I was not able to use that room for my shoot.

When I arrived the people before me had trashed the place and Gary was there dealing with the aftermath. He was incredibly professional and empathetic and offered us access to one of his other locations free of charge while he cleaned up the damage of my original reservation so that we could start filming our project. Then he allowed us to have the full time slot in the original place I scheduled once he was done cleaning. He took a negative and turned it into a positive for us and I’m so grateful!! The themes were very fun and had cool little decor that was great for a music video. Definitely recommend!!
