The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This home is great for meetings, photo shoots, private gatherings, baby showers or any other intimate gathering with in and outside seating.15- 20 people should be able to comfortable fit in our space. We offer free street parking in front of the house for 4-5 cars. Please read the cancellation policy. Reschedules need to be done at least 2 weeks in advance to be honored.

General Rules

Be sure to factor in the necessary time needed for set up and break down. Extra time outside of the scheduled booking will not be provided. If a door code is provided please be sure to follow all directions given in the welcome message. Be sure to leave when scheduled time is up. Front porch cameras will clock your departure. Staying longer than your reservation will result in extra charges. turn off lights before leaving the house. No smoking inside home. Please keep the doors closed. Outside catering is allowed.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
