Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Our 1,900 sq. ft. space is a blank canvas with capacity for multiple seating configurations, dance floors, equipment, etc. Large windows showcase phenomenal city views and allow for plenty of natural light throughout the day.

General Rules

• Space is 100% non-smoking • Outside catering is allowed from fully licensed caterers and bartending services. We have a list of preferred caterers and vendors available upon booking • All additional vendors must be licensed and insured • Rental is for use of meeting/event space only. Amenities including alternative meeting spaces, fitness center and guest rooms are off limits to event guests unless the guest is a verified hotel guest with valid reservation. • Alcohol service must stop at 12:00am and music must stop at 1:00 am.
