About the Space
Beautiful and Lavish 1908 Italian & Greek Renaissance Revival Mansion located in North Avondale. The house was designed by a renowned architect for a famous Clockmaker and Jeweler. A true example of Mansions of the Gilded age! The facade is from hand-carved sandstone with beautiful details that definitely screams grandeur and opulence. Each floor consists of different square-head windows with balconies in the middle floor and two polished granite ionic columns that add elegance to the entrance. Inside, the home’s marble-lined foyer, mahogany and walnut woodwork, and crown moldings were built to impress. With multiple fireplaces through the house you are bound to feel cozy in any room. A double-winged grand coper and bronz staircase leads up to a landing with green leaded stained glass windows. If that's not enough many of the ceilings are decorated with massive gold leafed plaster moldings. The house also has a 5 car garage with Chauffeurs quarters.

The building has many very beautiful rooms decorated with luxurious furniture. The living floor is outstanding with the quality of space, wall decorations, paintings and lighting. The stairs to the second floor are little masterpiece as well as the glass windows. The internal decoration offers dozens of rich backgrounds with a large variety of unique details.
