About the Space
On the first floor there is a living room, kitchen, bedroom, dressing room (with fireplace) and full bath. Access to the backyard is through the bedroom but it is easy to hide the door if needed. The wardrobe with plants fits nicely in front of the backdoor. In the basement there is a large living room space, 1/2 bath, and art studio. This space is great for shoots bc its large enough to host production needs and still have space to shoot. In the past we have had popup tents in the backyard for crafty and lunch. The basement is great for holding or hmu if you aren't planning to shoot down there. There are lots of ways to get the most of the space and a bunch of props and furniture to pull from. Upstairs is approximately 450 sq' Downstairs is around 500 Outside area is 450

This space was incredible and Sarah was a perfect host. Convenient, highly accessible and genuinely beautiful space. We rented this space for a short film production and we were well taken care of. Great holding space, and very communicative and accommodating hosts. I would highly recommend.

Sarah's space is a treasure trove for any independent filmmaker. With stunning shots from every angle and mis-en-scene galore, you couldn't ask for a space to be more unique. The backyard, the basement, the living area, the bedroom--even the bathroom! Every inch of the space is a dream (the backyard is sublime!!!!)! I would love to return to this spot regularly, and hope to do so whenever possible. The space is easy to light, spacious for crews and cast to have their own spot to work, and run by warm and friendly people. Really, really appreciate the options afforded by this location.
