About the Space
Luxe Brooklyn penthouse with a huge outdoor patio breathtaking views of the entire New York City skyline. The space Feel free to use the space, cook, relax and decompress. This is the perfect place with comfy yet stylish furniture and the private terrace with city views. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom and there is another bathroom across from the secondary bedroom. The secondary bedroom is great for either adults or children. I have guard rails which can be removed and a changing table atop the dresser. Guest access You have access to my apartment, the private patio overlooking Manhattan and the gym in the basement.

The penthouse is like whoa! The view was like whoa! The process entering was seemless, and the host, was like a ghost. Didnt see him until 10 minutes before wrapping the music video shoot. You wanna look like you ballin'....This penthouse will do its job!!!!

I wanted to give this space a 5-star review. The reason I have to give it 3 stars is because I was using this space for a photoshoot for a luxury realtor. The view was spectacular, the best I've seen in New York. I'm glad I arrived before my client, because when the host answered the door. He had on clothes but was wearing a blue robe and was barefoot. He didn't look very professional. I was happy my client was 40 minutes late. I assumed he would change his clothes. I set up my camera gear, and when my client arrived, the host greeted her in the same outfit. She felt a little uncomfortable as this was my first time meeting her. She commented on it. The other issue was that there were dirty dishes in the sink, which threw my client and me off. She asked me why she had to pay a cleaning fee. I had no answer and felt disappointed as I booked the location. I honestly didn't want to write this review because the host was friendly, and the space was gorgeous.
