-Feel free to move things around for your project but please put things back to where you found them. -Please clean up and trash you have at the end of your shoot *This is imperative as it’s only fair for the space to be ready for the next person as it was ready for you. There is an old freight elevator that works but if you’re not familiar with using that type of elevator I would not recommend because some people have gotten stuck. If you do decide to use the elevator please leave the doors open once you get to the 3rd floor because closing the doors will lock the elevator and it will not be able to be used. The elevator can not be called to another floor it has to manually be used each time and closing the elevator doors will result it in being unusable. If you’re shooting during business hours I do have that you do have have the music too loud and keep the noise level low enough to it disturb the other businesses in the building. Your booking is for the use of unit 304 and the restroom only. If you would like to shoot in any of the common areas (hallways, elevator, etc) please contact me in advance so I can get clearance from the building owner.
