Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
As we use this space also for AirBNB. This space is cleaned throughly after every client to ensure all safety and cleanliness protocols are being adhered in accordance with local city and county regulations.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
If your looking for a warm Zen like setting then we have the space for it. Our Zen cottage was designed with creatives in mind and has a dark yet cozy feel to it. People have shot music videos and modeling photography at our location and we look forward to what you can dream up here at the Raspberry Sky Haus creative compound. We also have our main house exterior and a recording studio at our location here as well. This is the spot for creatives to be inspired.

General Rules
We live in the main house so if you need anything we are close by! Main Driveway parking is reserved for the the main house.
We want you to enjoy your stay but feel it necessary to communicate the below items as not every guest arrives with the intention to be respectful and enjoy the “sharing community” experience. Please read through and ask any questions keeping in mind each “rule” has been created due to a previous guest behavior. We look forward to having you and wish for your stay to be exceptional.
Other things to note:
- Minimum age for booking is 25
- Please READ the messages we send. Messages are automatically sent upon booking, prior to arrival and checkout.
- Parking- Please read your arrival instructions. Most properties have specific parking details included in this communication. Typically, we can accommodate 1 or 2 vehicles. In most cases we cannot accommodate a large truck or trailer. Please ask in advance. We do not offer EV charging at this location.
- We provide a starter supply of TP (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper towels (2 rolls), & Trash bags.
- We do provide propane gas for the grill. There is a tank and chances are there is plenty of gas. Just check prior to use. If it is out please let us know and we will replace it.
- -We cannot accommodate EARLY or LATE check out requests. While we would love to be able to, we must ask that you adhere to check in and check out times. In most cases we will have guests prior to and after your visit. We need to give the housekeeping staff ample time to clean and turnover the home : ) We also use this time to schedule and perform routine maintenance.
- Pest Control- We do have monthly and on demand pest control for your convenience at our property. The day of the month can vary but we will let you know if it is scheduled during your stay.
- Amenities and furnishings may change over time and are never guaranteed. Furniture and fixtures in rental properties suffer a great deal of wear and tear. We try our best to purchase only quality items and replace as needed.
All guest must to follow these rules at all times. These rules are strongly enforced.
- Please be respectful of the property and keep it clean during your stay and before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
- We ask that you have booked for the correct number in your group, including children. ALL guests must be registered. Acceptance of this reservation comes with the understanding you have read and agree to the house rules and will be bound by them. Just the basics to be sure we are on the same page. The "golden" rule applies!
- If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property upon addressing this complaint to peer space and/or to us you are authorizing us to enter the property and fix the stated issue to solve the problem. We don't need permission to access the property if there is something that you deem unsuitable, that needs remedy.
- Smoking is a violation of our house rules and something you can’t do. This leaves the house in a condition not suitable for the next guest. You may smoke outside of the cottage. Please pickup after yourself.
-You may leave any unused food/drink etc. for the housekeepers if you are unable to take it with you. Any excess we donate to food banks or community kitchens. Please put any used food/drink in trashcan upon your departure.
-Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, towels are to be used only for their intended purposes (Any makeup/foundation face medications/creams, and tanning products that stain our regular towels will result in additional charges. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products.
-Guest are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. We utilize a linen service which washes and sanitizes all sheets and towels as well as checks for stains.
- Any late check out beyond 30 minutes is subjected to a late check out fee of $100 USD.
- If your late checkout exceeds 2 hours we will charge you for an entire day lockout rate. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs.
- This additional day charge is the BASE RATE of the cottagewithout discounts that may have been applied
- The occupancy limit for this property is stated in the listing and any additional guests on the property will be automatically vacated for trespassing. All guests must be registered with email addresses on the booking platform. Go to your booking details and add guest names there not in the body of the communication
- Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges.
- No parties or events or large gatherings, unless agreed to by owner of property
- No loud noises between 9pm-8am (Quiet hours)
- No outside noises between 9pm-8am
- No illegal activities and weapons of any kind. This includes underage drinking.
- No smoking of any kind
- If you re-arrange indoor and outdoor furniture, please put them back in their original location.
- Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure.
- If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest, would leave the property in, an additional $250 cleaning fee will be assessed.
-We DO NOT offer a lost and found. Please be sure you have ALL of your personal possessions prior to leaving. Please check out on time so that we can make the property ready for the next booking!
-This is a quiet residential area. I expect my guests to respect the neighbors.
-No loud guests or disruptive behavior.
-No open flames please! (Candles, incense, lighters, etc)
-No guest pets permitted.
-No eating or food in beds please! This brings in unwanted guests: )
-Please do not leave open the doors as we try to be mindful of energy use. Mosquitos and other insects WILL also enter the house.
- Any house rules violation is ground for immediate termination of your stay
Fees
• $250 fine for smoking or vaping for recreational or medical use of cannabis, hemp, marijuana or tobacco inside or near any door or window where smoke can linger and cause trace odors. We do not offer a 420 friendly property.
• $100 Late Checkout Fee
• $Price of the cottage for the day with no discounted rate (Base Rate) if the late checkout exceeds 2 hours
