Safety Rules and Swim Suite Guidelines
• All pool rules apply. Additional rules may also apply
• All applicable federal, state, and local regulations and ordinances apply to usage of this Venue
• Call 911 for all emergency help or to report illegal activities
• All Weapons are Prohibited by all guests.
• LF Licensed Security Detail and Gwinnett County Police will be present at Events
• Alcohol and Tobacco products a Special Permits and COI are required from Host and all Vendors
• All Hosts, Vendors and guests entering the facility must pay admission and sign LF waiver before entrance
• Appropriate swimwear is required for anyone entering the pool
• A t-shirt may be worn over a swim suit
• Only guests with pool access the day of the event may leave and re-enter the facility without paying again, if capacity allows
• Parents and/or guardians are responsible for their children at the venue at all times
• All children must always be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) while around the pool in a swimsuit and within arm’s reach, one adult per three children is required
• Group ratios: children 7 to 10 years old have a maximum ratio of 10 children to one adult, 6 and under have a maximum ratio of 3 children to one adult
• Anyone using a diaper (including infants and toddlers not potty trained) must wear a swim diaper and a plastic/vinyl cover with elastic legs and waist, worn over the swim diaper, plus a swimsuit over those two items. A swim diaper and plastic/vinyl cover are not available for purchase at this time.
• Non-swimmers and life vest swimmers must always be accompanied
• Only foam noodles and Coast Guard-approved life vests are allowed
• Lifejackets are not available, please bring your own
• Swimmers with non-inflatable personal flotation devices such as lifejackets, step in suits with foam inserts, or other pre-approved step in suits must remain in the shallow end at all times
• Foam noodles are allowed if space permits. Connected pool noodles are considered floats and are not allowed
• Anyone with open cuts, wounds, blisters, or illness should not use the pool due to risk of infection
• Only forward jumping from the side is permitted
• Food and drinks are only allowed in designated areas on pool deck
• Soft splash balls may be used in the pool. If the staff determines at any time to restrict their use, guests must comply for the safety and convenience of all guests

• The pool may close in the case of contamination or weather conditions -No refunded
• A 15-minute safety break will be called at the :45 of the hour and the pool access will be closed if no rotating Lifeguard on duty
• Pool will close for 30 minutes after a bolt of lightning or a clap of thunder and may close in the case of heavy rain. Rescheduled within the same year
• The facility may be closed, or its use limited at any time due to unforeseen circumstances
• Refunds will not be given for inclement weather or uncontrollable circumstances that require the venue to close- Rescheduled can be agreed upon for a later date within the same year
• All guest must shower before entering the pool
• A first aid kit is available in the ______________
• Report all accidents, incidents, rescues immediately to facility staff
• The facililty is not responsible for personal property damages or lost items
• All rules and guidelines will be strictly enforced
• Failure to comply may result in ejection from the facility and breach of contract with No Refund and other concerns to be addressed in a timely manner.
PROHIBITED
• Athletic shorts, cut offs, denim shorts, sports bras
• Water wings, swimmies, floats, swim rings, and other inflatable devices
• Masks, fins, snorkels, kickboards, or balls
• Glass, gum, alcohol, confetti, tobacco products, and drugs
• Birthday cake, cupcakes, pizza, other associated items outside of the designated area
• Blowing of the nose into the water, spitting, or spouting of water
• Hanging onto or sitting on lane lines or lifelines
• Disruptive behavior, including, but not limited to, rough play, running, pushing, shoving, abuse, or profane language, sitting on another swimmer’s shoulders, dunking another swimmer
• Diving, flips, cartwheels, or headfirst entries (only forward, feet-first jumping from side/edge of pool)
• Anyone without appropriate swim wear will not be allowed, Security may remove from property
• Appropriate Dancing Only. No Twerking. No sexually explicit dancing Allowed

• No rocks, small objects or other material that might create hazardous conditions or interfere with efficient operation of the facility permitted
• No skates, skateboards, scooters, or bicycles, tricycles, or other similar items permitted
• No running or rough-housing
• No playing on surfaces that can become slick
• No standing or jumping from walls, fence, chairs, etc.
• Footwear is strongly recommended, the pool concrete deck can become hot from the sun and uncomfortable, guests must use precautions while barefoot.
• Persons with skin diseases or open sores are not allowed in the pool
• No loitering, spitting, urinating, or defecation on the property or in the neighborhood if parked outside of parking lot
• No sidewalk chalk, water balloons, or other types of toys permitted in pool
• No decorations, banners, balloons, silly string, or other similar items- approval required.
• No temporary booths, tents or canopies, displays, tables or chairs-approval required.
• Sound amplification equipment or loud radios are allowed in the Parking lot
• Mistreatment or abuse of public property is not permitted
• All trash shall be disposed of in trash bin and Food dumpster
