Retro1950s 3/2 + den inspired design from top to bottom- furnishings and finishes scream retro charm. Fantastic exterior spaces with Palm Springs inspired turf circles and custom rock blend compliment the simple yet elegant landscape design, play pool, patio, and 3 hole putting green all with a phoenix skyline view. Great space for photo shoots, video production, or endless opportunities. Parking is so easy and unlimited for larger cast and crew projects- park. central mall is across the street if excessive parking is needed by guest (FREE)

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

Eric was super accommodating for our photoshoot and was able to fit us into our schedule and his. This space was a perfect mix of a 70s touch with amazing additions including the pool as well as a bonus room with a huge bean bag! Loved all the cool spaces inside the home and out to the backyard:)
