Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
The studio is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in between each booking according to COVID-19 protocols. Hand sanitizer, masks and antibacterial wipes are provided for guests upon entry. Guests are encouraged to maintain social distance while in the studio.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable gloves
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings

About the Space
Welcome to my Beautiful Boho Space! It can be used for photoshoots, content creation, interviews, video shoots and filming for various scenes. The layout is a open studio apartment with a kitchen space and bathroom. We have many plants and the decor is very airy with white and natural colors. We look forward to hearing from you! Absolutely no parties are allowed!

There is a parking lot near by that charges a fee with many spaces. There is also street parking but you would have to search for a spot.

FURNITURE AND ITEMS
Furniture such as couch, bed, dresser, vanity, mirror, shelf can not be moved around. Please ask in advance if need to move around any other items.
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
Front door must be locked upon departure from the space if you need to step out for lunch. I will let you in the space and also lock it up before you leave. Please contact me when you are done.
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed.
Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space.
No glitter or confetti can be used.
There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
