Shared Parking Lot on the West side of the building.

With 3 large North-facing windows, beautiful, natural light pours into the room and gives everything a clean, soft, and dreamy feel. Morning(7am-11am) hours fill the room with the brightest light. 12pm-5pm has lovely softer light.

The studio is in shared building. Traffic can be heard going by as well as the voices of the immediate business neighbors.

Stairs

We are located up 5 stairs. A ramp would be required for heavy/large rolling objects.

Each photographer must clean up after themselves after each rental. Leave the space ready for the next person to use. Leave the space as you found it. Rental time includes setup and breakdown. Your rental time starts on the hour. Setup and take down must be completed within the booked time slot. Be mindful of noise, foot traffic and other businesses operating in the area. Photographer is responsible for any damage caused by themselves, clients, models, assistants and guests. No drinking, smoking, vaping or drug use allowed on the premises. No glitter allowed. No fires or lit candles allowed on the premises. Only use Wall friendly tapes such as Fun Tak or command strips.

Furniture must stay in the building, but it can be moved around the space. Decorations can be moved but everything must be put back.
