Parking lot options near space has open parking space.

There Is not source of natural light, also there are no windows.

Our walls do not connect to the ceiling which allows sound to be heard in other areas of the building.

Ground Floor

You do have an option to use our loading door if you have props that need larger door access.

We have content rooms in the back of the photography studio.

We can have staff direct your crew tot he circuit breaker

-All payments are non refundable. If you need to reschedule your booking, we must be notified at least 24 hours prior and you can reschedule your shoot within 30 days of your original shoot date. There is a 20% rebooking fee assessed for the first instance any additional rebooking will constitute in a loss of initial payment amount and another deposit amount will be required. Shoots labeled as "Special" may not be rescheduled nor may the funds be used towards another service in the future. All deposits are non refundable. When booking the time that you book is the time that the session starts ex: If you book a full day (8 hour shoot) at 1:00pm the shoot time begins at 1:00pm. If there are any delays in the shoot start time on your behalf or anyone who is apart of the shoot on your behalf as in models running late, hair or makeup taking longer than expected that time is not made up meaning if the said shoot time is 1:00pm but your team isn't prepared to shoot until 3:00 the shoot time (8 hours) does not start at 3:00 pm it started at 1:00. -All guest that are attending your booking must remain in your designated area. Children must be supervised at all times and remain in designated area -Reserved space Door must remain closed during your booking time unless your booking includes the hallway. -Please don’t enter any office space (Unless Booked) and or restricted areas in the facility -Please utilize the restroom assigned to your rental space. -You must exit the premises promptly at the ending time of your event, if you exceed your event time over 15 minutes you will be charged an additional hour. Card on file will be charged. -You must leave the space in the state in which it was presented. -You are responsible for removing your trash from the premises and taking the trash to the compose located in the back of the building. -Don't put trash In the can without a trash bag -Please remove all decor from walls including all tape, adhesive, etc. Any damages to walls will resort to repair fee -You must have a day of coordinator, our staff is not responsible for the flow or guest check in -Outside signage needs to be approved before placement. (Banners, Easels, marquee letters, etc. ) -Vendors are not authorized to pre drop off merchandise unless discussed with venue coordinator ​-Outside area is restricted, guest have to remain indoors during your booking. -NO SMOKING ON PREMISES -Animals are restricted from being in the event space. -You can not enter the premised before your booking time -Paper confetti only…no glitter or foil confetti -Facility props are not to be used for your event unless rented for your event. Photo opportunity packages must be purchased at the time of booking the event space.
