Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We regularly sanitize high touch surfaces areas on a daily, before, and after each event.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Disposable gloves

About the Space

Hi Iñdigo Family! Our 1,300 sq ft. open beach theme space is designed to offer a creative and beautiful place for your event or special occasion. BLUETOOTH SURROUND SOUND: we offer free built in surround sound to connect via phone or laptop, and additional speaker systems that can be moved around the event space. WIFI: We have the Wi-Fi code displayed as soon as you enter TABLES & CHAIRS: we can offer free seating for up to 15 guests. Any additional chairs and tables will have to be rented out before hand. PARKING: Free parking for 15 cars right in front and behind the building! LODGING: we work with many hotels and vacation rentals! Let us know what you need! We worked on many of the following events: - Private Events - Corporate Events - Creative Space - Coworking - Conferences - Workshops - Mixers - Networking - Photoshoots - Dinner Parties - Holiday Events - Birthday Parties - Raves - And more We also have bartending and caterer service as well. Parking description

There is free street parking right in front of the event space that can accommodate 20 cars easily. After that may be a short walk to the space but nothing terrible. We do have a private spot for parking that can be used with advanced notice.

General Rules

Please no smoking inside the building without permission. Do you not enter closed off rooms, and please clean up after yourself. Anything that is found broken after your event will have to be replace. You’re 100% liable for any damages done during your stay.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

We have cameras within all of our unites that will be on during your booking. They are in the common areas on the ceiling corners ensure that nothing gets stolen.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
