COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
After each check out, our housekeeping team will be in charge of cleaning the property.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

It´s a single family home. This contemporary 3 bedroom property, 1ba. There are 2 queen beds and 2 single beds . The house is located on a quiet street. There is plenty of parking on the side drive. Nearby there is a gas station and supermarkets if required. Located 6 minutes from Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, Indiana, USA and 8 minutes from Lake Street Beach, 860 N Lake. It is a cozy house where you will feel at home. Perfect place for photoshoots, video shoots, small meetings and social events. Not only a portrait studio but a creative space for creatives alike to work on their craft. This home is ready for your next creative project.

General Rules
*WE DO REQUIRE A $150 INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT TO BE PAID AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. THIS IS REFUNDABLE- PROVIDED NO DAMAGES ARE FOUND.
*FOR SAFETY AND LIABILITY REASONS, WE DO REQUIRE A COPY OF YOUR ID AND EACH GUESTS ID AT TIME OF BOOKING. THIS SERVES AS AN EXTRA PRECAUTION AND ALSO ALLOWS US TO BE INFORMED OF WHO ALL IS IN THE HOME IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY.
*PLEASE TREAT OUR HOME WITH RESPECT. WE DO A FULL WALKTHROUGH AFTER EVERY RESERVATION FOR DAMAGES*
NOTES: We provide limited paper towel, toilet paper, detergent and towels. Please purchase any additional items you may need when you run out. WiFi instructions are listed in WiFi instructions. We are here for you. Please feel free to contact us through the portal in the event you may need anything during your stay.
TIMES:
• Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am (this means no loud music).
PARKING:
- Driveway No more than two cars parked in the driveway. Please do not park oversize vehicles in the driveway
- Please do not block the neighbors driveway or garage. Please do not leave your vehicle(s) after checkout, your car will be towed.
THE PROPERTY:
- No Pets. Please do not allow anyone to bring pets in the property.
- No Smoking inside the property.
-No parties, large gatherings
-Absolutely no hanging out outside the front of the property. It is important to respect the neighbors and the neighborhood.
- Please do not re-enter the property after checkout.
- Please do not take any supplies with you, as we are trying to keep rental costs down.
- Please do not have any packages delivered to the property as we will not be responsible for any damages or missing items.
- Please take off your shoes when you enter the house. -We have 4 seasons. During winter please use caution in snow and ice.
FEES: $35 - Additional guest fee $50 and $10 for every additional minute
- Late Check-Out fee $500
- Smoking Fee (Smoking Inside) $500
- Pet Fee $150
- Key replacement Fee $150
- Remote Replacement Fee (garage or fob..if applicable)
*Any booking 7days or more will be considered a "Long Term Stay".
*If you break the house rules. You will be asked to leave immediately. There are Absolutely NO REFUNDS IF YOU BREAK THE HOUSE RULES.
Please let us know if you are booking for someone else. We reserve the right to cancel without refund if you do not let us know that you are booking for someone else.
By booking this property you agree that you have fully read and will follow all house rules, terms, policies and conditions. By booking you agree to send a picture copy of your ID and the ID of all guests staying in the home. By booking you also agree to automatically comply with the immediate termination of your reservation if you or any of your party breaks any rules, terms, policies, and conditions without reimbursement.
Retaliation Clause: By booking you agree that you are making this reservation in good will. Also that you agree to NOT damage the property or any of its contents. If any damage is produced after your stay you and your guest will be held fully responsible for any and all damages as well as any cost of the damages. If in any case, you are unhappy because of our rules, consequences, and/or the results of a resolution you will choose to not retaliate. If so we have the right to litigate against you.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have a recording camera outside in the porch for security reasons.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
