Located just off S Congress Ave., designed from the ground up to handle full scale still and motion productions with talent. Clients will have access to 1,300 total square feet of private shooting space with a giant 18'x14' foot infinity wall, 24’ height ceiling, 3 dedicated 30 Amp electrical circuits in the studio, private bathroom/dressing room, lounge/crew area, 2 dedicated hair and makeup stations and all the high-speed WiFi you could ever need. Oh and the 10’x20’ roll up door for easy load in/out! Other amenities also include: Bluetooth audio and charging stations for any device, free parking and loading area directly in front of the entrance (10'x20' roll up door), plenty of restaurant & bar options around the corner, and several other dining and entertainment options nearby. There is also complimentary use of several studio necessities (electrical and C-stands). - A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

While the space was adequate and the location central, the AC was insufficient for the space. The models were melting and we had stop down frequently for them to cool off and have makeup reset. We ended up wrapping early due to the heat.

A great place to film! Exactly how the pictures look and has plenty of electrical and lighting equipment. They were responsive and helped with any problem. One note that’s not even their fault, it gets pretty hot in here during the summer. Be ready for that!
