Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space
7000 Sq. Ft. 2 Story Warehouse in the heart of Las Vegas. Our space was designed to accommodate ANY project ranging from Music Videos, Commercials, Photo Shoots, Podcasts, Key Notes and Small to Midsize Gatherings. The bay doors allow vehicles to enter our warehouse for easy load in/load out. We are centrally located 1 mile away from the Las Vegas Strip with plenty of free onsite parking for any type of vehicle. With your booking we offer a complimentary basic lighting package however we have a multitude of add ons available at check out. Basic Lighting Package (Included in your booking) 1 - Godox SL60 Light with Soft Box and C-stand. 2 - GVM RGB Lights and stands.
