Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

There is an an additional cleaning fee due to COVID precautions. Cleaning crew comes in after each booking to disinfect and deep cleans all surfaces!

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Recently remodeled Mid Century Modern Home with open floor concept with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. Beautifully done white kitchen with brass finishes and 5x8 island with waterfall counter and crystal light fixture over it. Huge living space with Baldwin grand piano and white double sided fireplace (not in use) and a big gorgeous Holiday Tree (that can be moved to any part of the living space or removed). The open living space has wide sliding glass doors that open up to the backyard that make it a perfect indoor /outdoor entertainment space. Kitchen is perfect for entertaining parties or cooking video shoots. This living space is approx. 1,500 sqft Uniquely styled guest powder room has blue cabinet with brass finishes and light blues stone backsplash. Plenty natural light thru out the house. Huge Backyard has light strings and palm trees. There is also sandbox and web structure for kids as well and a white bunny/chicken house in the back. The grass is partly dead due to summer heat but will be redone if needed in the next month or two or is currently regrowing due to rain! Additional room which is a Grand Master Suite (used as game room for kids atm but can be emptied out for free space) which can be used as additional space that also open a up to backyard has vaulted ceilings and unique style large windows. Big Master bathroom has light and brass marble floors with almost black shower/bath stone with brass finishes and skylight. Also big walk in closet which has clothing rods and can be used as changing room which has skylight for natural light.

Parking description

Can park 5-6 cars in the driveway or round about and plenty free street parking. There are also churches near by which can be contracted in advance for more parking space as an option.

General Rules

No pets or smoking in the house otherwise hefty fee will be applied for pet and smoke cleaning. No loud noise after 11pm.

Security cameras and recording devices

Property has front yard security cameras (left and right side of the house. There is ring camera at the door. There are 4 cameras in the house in the 3 bedrooms that are not available for events or filming and garage). There are an additional 2 cameras outside in the backyard for security purposes as well.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
