About the Space
Primarily a vacation rental, we sometimes have the capacity to offer our space for events. Feel free to send an inquiry, and we will discuss possibilities based on availability. As a farmhouse-style home secluded on three acres, our home is perfect for intimate gatherings. Come back to this listing often, as we will continue to invest in unique canvases for special moments that change with the seasons. Our open kitchen layout includes a 120" dining table 8-12 guests, perfect for wine tastings and dinner pairings. Updated stainless steel appliances (including a gas range) and a large butcher block island will be a joy for private chef meals. Our well-lit 1300 SF deck can host a myriad of outdoor entertaining, and the living room with accordion-style doors. Our spacious lawn is an ideal wooded backdrop for outdoor events complete with games and even food trucks.

Melinda and Rick were absolutely great! They were super attentive and super accommodating! The communication was superb and they were super kind and helpful. They were even willing to help rearrange furniture needed for my small gathering.. Now the house… breathtaking! My guest all kept complementing the property and a couple people asked for the peerspace link because it was that nice! The deck size is HUGE and the night lights just set the vibe and the tone of the event!! The house was super clean And comfy! The dinning room/kitchen is an awesome size. The overall property was a great size and one of the best properties I rented. At first I was considering renting a formal venue for my event but I am SOOOOO glad I rented this property and I have absolutely ZERO regrets!! They also had everything you may need from small toiletries to pots to clothes steamers, etc. The location was great! Close to Walmart and other stores but super private! The only con was that it may be hard to find but the “HH” sign on the mailbox is SUPER SUPER helpful so I I wouldn’t even consider it a con… But overall this is such a unique and beautiful property, I 100% definitely will book again in the future!
