All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This classy, open concept condo is located in one of Buckhead's most prestigious buildings and is perfect for photo and video shoots, bridal and baby showers, and other small gatherings. The large balcony gives an incredible view of Buckhead's Financial District and is great for entertaining and socializing. The unit also include's a chef's kitchen, large double-sided sink and plenty of space to social distance.

Parking description

The building shares free parking with the adjacent shopping center. Parking is free as long as you are visiting the condo building.

General Rules

- No smoking in the building (smoking will be subject to $250 fine) - Outside catering is allowed - No loud noises or music/disturbing other residents (noise complaints from the building will be subject to a $200 fine) - Bedroom area will be off limits (except for photo shoots & video shoots).

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

The space has a Ring doorbell device with an attached camera. There is no camera inside of the unit; however there is a noise monitor. The noise monitor measures noise levels in the unit; however, it does not record sound.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
