Modern, Spacious Space with a Pool Close to downtown Sacramento

Welcome to our sunny, modern and spacious two story property close to midtown Sacramento and Old Sacramento. Currently we are renting out the whole entire first level of the property and the backyard. Inside of this property you will find approximately 1200sqt feet ground floor unit with two fully furnished queen size and full size modern bedrooms. Guests also get to enjoy immense natural light, expansive living room with a flat screen TV. Modern kitchen and charming dining area which can be great for cooking classes. Our living room can also be converted to a meeting area as we have a large wall in the center of the living area. Guests also have full access to our approximately1000sqf backyard, we have a inground swimming pool with a water fall feature, a patio cover with a BBQ island and a flat screen TV under the patio cover. Guests can swim and BBQ at the same time. The back yard area is great for party, birthday celebration, graduation and it great for photoshoot as well. We also have two fire pits one is gas firepit and the other one is wood burning firepit which is great for Smore. We also have a large RV pad on the side yard, guests can utilize this area for their large equipment, supplies and other oversized items, we have a loading area on the side yard also, guests can directly unload their items and equipment to the RV pad without going through the main property entrance, it would be very convenient for the guests. We used to be a super host on Airbnb ( because we haven't hosted for a while, Airbnb took away our super host title ) and we still have 5 starts review till today. We have hosted families for small parties, we have hosted just for few hours just for families with young kids to swim in the backyard, we have had people did their photoshoot on our property as well. We will always go above and beyond to host our valuable guests and accommodate our guests as much as possible! We are always available and flexible to assist your needs!
