Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

I value the luxury of soft clean spaces and modern decor; my space is full of stylish furnishings and all the amenities needed for a small event or short stay. You will be a 9 minute walk from St Joseph’s Medical Center, 5 miles from the beautiful Ruston Waterway Way views, less than 2 miles from downtown Tacoma and 6th Avenue, and a 36 minute drive to Seattle. My entire unit is located inside a 3 unit apartment complex that also own. This is a split story unit. The living room, full kitchen, dining room, and 1st bedroom (full bed) are located on the 1st floor. The 2nd bedroom (queen bed) is located downstairs.

Street parking is available and it not a busy street so there is always parking available.

General Rules

House Rules: * No Smoking * Only registered guest amount allowed * No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (except water) * Turn off lights and when out of the property. * No Pets * Keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm * Guests should dispose of the garbage in the trash can; don't leave trash outside door. Trash cans are located at the back of the house. One is recyclables the other is regular trash. * If you rearrange my furniture please move it back * Chemical Tan; please bring your own sheets for the beds * Quiet hours are set at 9pm-8am. The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, I kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the trash can I’ve provided in the bathroom. Please respect my property and things also.
