COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
All surfaces are cleaned and sanitized daily and between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
We offer 3 different back drops and 1 set as of now. Currently working on building our second set. Your rental includes 5 lights that can be moved to light what ever you need lit plus great over head lightings on our Cyclorama. RGB lights come included with rental as well. All lights can be controlled by remote or easily downloaded app “SYLVANIA Smart WiFi”(Picture of App in Photos #42). (Note: We have a 2 hour minimum at the rate of $50 an hour. However we can work with you if you only need 1 hour to shoot but the rate will have to be $65 for the one hour booking.)

There is plenty of free on street parking right along the building. Security cameras are present in all common areas of the building as well as the facilities out door perimeter.

Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
Fully controlled lighting in the studio. (No natural light) RGB bulbs controlled by remote control. Go to play store and download SYLVANIAsmartwifi app. I will log you in upon arrival so you can control colors on set of 3 soft box lights.

Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Depending on time and day of rental some noise will be leaked into room from neighbors. Early morning till about 3pm and 11pm till early morning are the quietest times in building. 3pm - 11pm there are a lot of neighbors in around in their studios.

Equipment loading description
If you have a lot of equipment to unload let me know upon arrival and I can let you in thru gate to unload on dock. Dock entrance is closer to room and carts are usually available for use. Unfortunately space in lot is limited and car must be parked along street afterwards.

*Please be aware that we do not allow the use of any type of powders, paints or any other type of materials that may stain the floor.
*Please be respectful to neighbors while traveling thru common areas.
*Please respect any and all equipment available in room.
*Please be mindful of drinks and smoking devices as room contains many electric devices and fabrics.
*Please utilize trash bins and ash trays.
*Please make sure all guests respect rules equally.
*Please understand you will be held fully responsible for any and all damages to property.
*Please take all your belongings with you upon exiting room. We have many bookings and can not keep track of what is who’s.
*Please be aware we are not responsible for anything left behind after your booking.
*Please be sure of the date you choose to book as we can only accommodate a rescheduling once. After that you would have to cancel the booking your self and rebook for the next day you want.
