There is plenty of free on street parking right along the building. Security cameras are present in all common areas of the building as well as the facilities out door perimeter. ********************NOTE*******************NOTE *************************** (*We have a 2 hour minimum at the rate of $75 an hour. However we can work with you if you only need 1 hour to shoot but the rate will have to be $100 for the one hour booking.) (*Absolutely no outdoor foot wear allowed on Cyclorama floor. Please be sure guests change shoes or you will incur charges between $100 - $200 to repaint.) (*Please be sure no one is standing on Curve at base of wall. If Cyclorama is damaged you may incur charges between $800 - $1500 to fix wall.)

Fully controlled lighting in the studio. (No natural light) RGB bulbs controlled by remote control.

Depending on time and day of rental some noise will be leaked into room from neighbors. Early morning till about 1pm and 11pm till early morning are the quietest times in building. 1pm - 11pm there are a lot of neighbors in around in their studios.

Ground Floor

If you have a lot of equipment to unload let me know upon arrival and I can let you in thru gate to unload on dock. Dock entrance is closer to room and carts are usually available for use. Unfortunately space in lot is limited and car must be parked along street afterwards.

All common areas in building are off limits. I will be available for any time the circuit breaker needs to be accessed.

*No Call / No Show automatically canceled after 45 minutes from the booking start time. We will leave the premises and assume you are no longer coming. Please let us know if you are going to be running late. We have no problem waiting as long as you send us a message to let us know. *Set up and break down must be done within the scheduled time of booking. Please account for that when booking location. *Any overtime hours needed after 12:00 a.m. will be billed at a rate of time and a half. (Rates vary depending on day of week) *Absolutely no outdoor foot wear allowed on Cyclorama floor. Please be sure guests change shoes or you will incur charges between $200 - $400 to repaint. *Please be sure no one is standing on Curve at base of wall. If Cyclorama is damaged you may incur charges between $1500 - $5000 to fix wall. *Smoking is allowed in building and studio. *Please be aware that we do not allow the use of any type of powders, paints or any other type of materials that may stain the floor. *Please be respectful to neighbors while traveling thru common areas. *Please keep all guests in room. There is absolutely no congregating in hall ways or stair ways. *Please respect any and all equipment available in room. *Please be mindful of drinks and smoking devices as room contains many electric devices and fabrics. *Please utilize trash bins and ash trays. *If room is left messy a cleaning fee between $150 - $350 will be added depending on condition of room. *Please make sure all guests respect rules equally. *Please understand you will be held fully responsible for any and all damages to property. *Please take all your belongings with you upon exiting room. We have many bookings and can not keep track of what is who’s. *Please be aware we are not responsible for anything left behind after your booking. *Please be sure of the date you choose to book as we can only accommodate a rescheduling once. Furniture and all props not mounted can be moved to suite your needs. Props in cabinets and mounted on wall can be removed or replaced upon request.
