Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Our cleaners clean and disinfect between ALL events as well as weekly cleans of the entire building.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our space was a yarn dying factory in the past, now studio artist space with a 2,000 sqft gallery that is perfect for any small scale event for ~50 people. Featuring exposed beams and a clerestory bringing in beautiful natural light! Our kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. Outside catering is recommended.

We have 175 parking spaces on site.

General Rules

No smoking in the building. Outside catering is allowed. Pet friendly! Kitchen with fridge + microwave access - no stove! Please do no disturb artists that are working in their studio space unless their door is open!

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

We have security cameras at each door access to our space.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
