1) Parking on the street is free (unless metered) and available to anyone 24-7 (no City permit required). 2) We have a parking space for up to 1 vehicle behind the property. This space is not plowed during the winter. 3) There is a pay lot conveniently located one block away. Rates are either $5 per day or $10 per day depending on the day. 4) Our property is on a streetcar stop, so you can easily park your vehicle in Washington Park Garage and take the streetcar to the property for free (just bring a mask for the streetcar).

We like to let common sense and common decency prevail, but occasionally we find that it's useful to provide some guidelines. Please note that it is exceptionally rare that we need to enforce these guidelines. We strive to provide a polite request in the event of issues. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Our rules basically boil down to: Be respectful of neighbors and the property, Be responsible, Be honest, and Don't be a jerk. 1) If you are placing a same-day reservation, please contact us BEFORE confirming your reservation. 2) Once we have agreed to a maximum number of persons on the premises, please do not exceed that number. Under Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing per ORC 2911.21. If you throw an unauthorized party, you and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We have cameras on the exterior of the property to monitor whether too many people are coming and going (e.g., a party). 3) After 9:30pm, the maximum occupancy is 6 unless otherwise agreed in writing with us. 4) Please observe quiet hours from 10:00pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to reduce the noise. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. 5) Please no food in the bedrooms. ------------------------------------------------- The following may incur a fee: 1) Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. 2) Pet hair: $300 cleaning fee. Sorry, Fido isn't welcome unless specifically invited in writing. 3) Stains on the carpets or linens: $50 per item or cost to replace, whichever is greater. 4) Smoking ANYTHING indoors: $300 cleaning fee. No exceptions. Just don't do it. 5) Deep Cleaning: Units found with unreasonable waste strewn around, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of not less than twice the regular cleaning fee to cover the cost of additional cleaning. ------------------ By completing your booking you acknowledge and agree to the following: "I understand that while children are invited to stay in the property, the property has not been specifically child safety-proofed and is not specifically designed with infants and toddlers in mind. The homeowners/hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities, even if it is the result of gross negligence. The homeowners/hosts are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise."
