COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The health and safety of everyone is one of our primary objectives. We have placed limits on how many people can occupy the studio during sessions. No more than 8 people are allowed in your rental party. Before every rental session we clean and sanitize the space, and our equipment. We highly suggest mask wearing and social distancing during your creative session. We do require all renters and their parties to sign covid waivers upon entering the studio. This is for the safety of everyone.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space

This is a space for photographers and creatives to create and collaborate. Located in the Downtown Winter Haven Historic District, the space is geared towards supporting a culture of creativity. Our studio space is designed with professionals and content creators in mind. We are thrilled to provide the resources to bring your creative visions to life.

Free 2 hour Street Parking in front of the building. Free Parking Garage behind the building.

General Rules

•No smoking whatsoever in the studio. •No weapons allowed •Music is to be kept at reasonable levels and not contain vulgar or offensive lyrics. •No alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs are permitted inside the studio. •No nude or partially nude photography is permitted in or around the studio. •The space may not be used for pornography or production of pornographic content. •No pets/animals allowed without prior consent of a company representative. •If anything is moved, items must be returned to their original location. •Your Rental time includes setup and teardown. •Maximum of 8 people in renter’s party. Total 12 people max in the studio at one time.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
