Welcome to your turnkey event! Located in the heart of Pasadena on Marengo Street, the space consists of three separate areas including the Main Hall with an abundance of natural light, a colonial period inspired Commander Lounge, and a fully stocked Retro Bar finished with warm woods that gushes charm and will more likely than not, thoroughly enchant your guests throughout the evening as they enjoy their favorite liquid refreshment. Adjacent to the Main Hall is a large balcony that can comfortably accommodate twenty guests, there’s free subterranean parking for twenty four cars, and tables/ chairs for 150 guests is also available at no additional charge. Our attentive and detail driven staff will work hard to ensure that your needs as well as those of your guests are taken care of. With a talented group of partners including event planners, event decorators, florists, and kitchen professionals, you’ll leave the planning to us and you’re free to enjoy. The space is great for weddings, trainings, corporate functions, conferences, networking, as well as fundraising events. Equipped with a commercial kitchen, an on-site catering staff is available to create delicious hors d’ oeuvres, main dishes, and an array of alluring pastries, all customized to your liking. *PLEASE NOTE: - The $175 per hour fee grants guests access to the main hall and lounge area ONLY. - An extra $600 flat fee will be charged for the use of the kitchen and bar (see add-ons). - Guests may bring their own alcohol but a licensed bartender is required. - A $300 security deposit is required and if the event involves dancing, $100 will be retained.
