Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We will wipe down everything that is a high traffic area with disinfectant spray. Also will provide plenty of hand sanitizer. This is our home so we go over and beyond to keep it clean and safe!

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom newly built home. It has an open floor plan, white kitchen and a lot of space on the main floor. A big backyard for outdoor activities. We also have a spare room upstairs perfect for photo shoots or anything like that. A dedicated dinning room with a beautiful wooden table for meetings. This place is perfect for anything. The kitchen is perfect for commercials and house would be great for any kind of filming.
