We thoroughly clean and disinfect in between all bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings

About the Space

This beautiful beauty salon is available for pop up of any kind, photoshoots, beauty classes, music videos, open mic nights and more! The space is set up for a beauty bar, but most furniture can be removed or rearranged, with the exception the pedicure bowls and shampoo bowls. It has a large beautiful 10ftx14ft flower wall and a gorgeous rustic swing perfect for a great photo op! You can make this the center of your event or simply a cool piece to have in the background for vibes. Fits 50-65 people. The pedicure station chairs are modular, the bowls can easily be covered or converted to fit your theme. There is a private room that can be used as a changing room, etc. There is ample parking in the front and side street of the salon. There is a backdoor entrance to the building. A delicious deli, pizza and Indian cuisine are located just doors down from the location on a busy street with lots of traffic. Bathroom is located in the rear of the salon, beautifully themed as well.

General Rules

- No loud music after 11pm - Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors - All rentals include setup and teardown time - Furniture must be moved back to where you found it - Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking - Front door and back door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use key code provided

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

We care about the security of our team and our customers. We have cameras around the perimeter of the building as well in the main space of the salon. All our cameras remain on 24/7, recording visual and audio.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
