About the Space

This space is perfect for Sit Down Interviews/Documentaries, Photo Shoot, Movie Filming, Product Shoots, Content Creation for Tik Tok and Instagram (IG) Influencers and Corporate Meetings, Broll of Miami City Views, Broll of Highway Traffic. PLEASE NOTE: The Bedroom, upstairs balcony and 2nd full bath upstairs are avaliable as an ADD ON. These spaces ARE NOT included in base rate. The space can accommodate a crew of up to 15 people. This is a loft style condo. There are stairs in the unit. 1 bedroom;1 loft space; 2.5 bathrooms; 2 balconies •Downstairs (Living Room & Kitchen) -Open layout -Full kitchen -Half bath -The larger furniture pieces can be rearranged. •Balcony #1 -Amazing open north view of the Miami River, the city of Miami and the skyline. •Upstairs-Loft space -Loft space is a blank canvas with great natural light -Allow your creativity with the space to flow -1 Full bathroom •Upstairs- Bedroom -Fully furnished bedroom W/ King bed -1 Full bathroom -Bedroom can be used for shooting or be used as a green room, a dressing room or staging area •Balcony #2 -South city view of the heart of Brickell over looking the buildings pool deck Minutes off of i-95 exit. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Beautiful space! I did a boudoir photoshoot. She gave us a tour of the space when we entered and then left so that we can do the shoot. There are MULTIPLE options in the space… basically everything you need.

Keisha was extremely helpful and communicative the entire process from pre-booking to the actual day of our shoot. The space was very clean and had many amenities including lighting. If you’re looking for a nice creative space to creat this is it!
