Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. This stylish place is perfect for corporate bookings, small business meetings and/or any gathering that calls for a more comfortable, intimate type setting. This 2-story home boast 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 full baths and a half bath, a fully equipped kitchen, 50" Roku TV, super-fast 1G AT&T fiber internet. Basically everything & anything that you would need. Coming to celebrate a special occasion? Ask about our ‘event coordinating’ packages/rates, which can vary from a simple restaurant referral to full decor setup upon arrival.

General Rules

Hey there! Hope you’re enjoying your stay. We only ask that for the most part you leave the house in the condition you found it- in one piece :) Just a few ‘rules’ -Please DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper/flushable wipes. -Please DO NOT use the towels for make-up. -Please respect the community quiet hours: (Everyday 11pm-7am) -Do not tamper with any safety features, including but not limited to security cameras, door locks, subscription passwords, etc. -Absolutely NO SMOKING in the house!! Outside/backyard is okay. Before you Check Out: -Please put all used towels/washcloths/ linens in the laundry room. -Please pull all used trash bags & sit them right inside the garage door. -Please turn off ALL electricity.
