Creative and Colorful Fashion Flat with Pink Piano

BRAND NEW LOCATION! Located in the heart of Glendale, this LA content creator's home has been designed with color and creativity in mind. Furniture is a colorful eclectic mix of vintage and modern, with fun artistic details throughout - including a fully restored + tuned vintage pink piano (that you are welcome to play!)! Main living room has a 70's feel with a vintage floral seventies couch and tiled faux fireplace / mantle. Huge front window in main living room lets light in all day as well as very bright (but dimmable) lighting fixtures, but lighting gear can be provided to help supplement if desired. This 1930's home has tall coved ceilings that make the space feel very bright and open. Lots of plants including a very large palm in the front room. Adjacent parlor has the pink piano and an electric guitar with amp that you are welcome to use. It also has a full length mirror great for try on hauls and videos. All rooms have updated statement light fixtures. Kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, as well as an attached but separate dining nook with loads of natural light. Small separate bathroom is designated just for guests. We also have a large outdoor patio with cute midcentury patio furniture including a Palm Springs vibe hanging chair + propane firepit. There is a huge cacti garden / desert landscaping in the front yard that can also make for some fab photo opportunities. Homeowners will be shut off on-site in back half of the apartment in their work offices. We will stay out of the way of your production, but will be there working if you have any questions for us. Please read all of our rules carefully before booking, as this is our home so we have some more strict standards but are not unreasonable people. We do not currently allow boudoir or nudity for sanitation reasons for ourselves and other guests - thank you for respecting this policy! Overtime is subject to 1 1/2 times the hourly rate extra charge. We enforce overtime strictly and overtime starts the minute your time is up and is charged by 30 min intervals. Please note that your booking time should allot time for setup and tear down - that needs to be included in your overall time.
