Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

About the Space
This stunning studio was built out by photographers and designers just for you. We have created distinct areas for shooting with stunning available light. All the furniture has been brought in by TBD Designs with the prospective clients in mind. The space is great for photos and videos. There is also a great kitchen for you to use for filming or for breaks. The area with backdrops has a large backdrop wall as well as a small backdrop wall. There is a large selection of paper backdrops that are available for rent or you are welcome to bring your own. We include the white backdrop in the price of your booking. Please inquire if you would like to rent lighting. We can send you over a list of options for what we have at the studio including Soft Boxes, ProPhoto B10s, and Continuous Stella Pro Light.

The space was better than advertised. Fanstastic natural light that was easy to mix with fill light. A+ decorations with a cohesive vibe, but with enough color variation that we were able to tailor shots to match several different outfits. Parking was fairly easy as well, as we just parked one car at the hardware store down the street and the other in the provided spot. The host was very informative when providing information about access, rules, etc., to the point that I had zero questions the day of. I will probably be using the space again in the future.

The space was so cute and exactly what we were looking for for our client. Parking was a little tricky. We purchased passes but the spaces weren’t available when we arrived. We did get street parking and Jessica was so kind about helping us out with that. Would 100000% book this space again and definitely recommend it!!

My client said it was a really lovely location, with nice light and very comfortable. There was some slight noise from traffic but they managed to work around it whilst filming. It would have been great to have the information about parking a week or so before because it was a rush to get the info of my client. Jessica was helpful and pleasant to work with.

Absolutely adore this space! Everything was exactly the same as the photos. The color scheme was very important for this photo session I provided. It was easy to get into, the place was clean, and the air conditioning was already on which was great since it was a pretty warm day. The communication with the host was thorough and timely and the. Just a suggestion for anyone looking to shoot in the last afternoon - the sun will hit the shades directly causing very harsh shadows on the client and wall. To avoid this we kept the shades in place and used studio lighting instead of the natural and ambient light. Definitely plan to book this space again!

Super responsive host! There was a misunderstanding with my parking spot and the community towed my car by accident. She immediately called the leasing office and fixed the situation (did not pay anything of course). Always happy to partner with humans who care! Place it's beautiful, super clean, super new too! Great for lifestyle photoshoots (furniture it's beautiful) but! if you're doing portraits and you need the backdrop, remember to bring good flashes because that area it's darker than the rest of the place (you don't get the natural light) and you can't move it around because there is no blank wall (you either get cars or the doors in the frame). Overall, I think it's great for lifestyle photography!
