Formerly home to the bakery behind a beloved American staple, Wonder Bread Factory pairs historic texture with modern amenities including a spacious outdoor terrace accessible via roll-up garage doors and a communal bar and lounge. Steps from Shaw Metro, Wonder Bread Factory is walking distance from District draws including local favorites Gogi Yogi and HalfSmoke, neighborhood bars All Souls and Right Proper, and entertainment at The Howard Theatre. This 10 person conference room includes high-speed Wi-Fi, television (with adapters provided for any laptop, AV equipment and wireless conference room phones. Flipcharts are also available per request. We can accommodate media or filming requests please just ask the team for more information. Catering service is available for an extra charge for breakfast and lunch. Hot Coffee with essential condiments and a pastry snack is available for an extra fee. All prices are priced per person.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
