About the Space

Open Door Concept is a meeting, workshop and events space best used for: - team and client meetings - workshops - media production (filming and photography) - retreats - networking events - community meetups The space is not available for personal events such as weddings, birthday parties or baby showers. Amenities include: - 1050 sq. ft of usable space - Wifi - 50 inch Smart TV (HDMI and mirroring) - 20 classroom chairs - Comfort seating - 2 bar stools - 5 tables - 2 hightop tables - Mobile bar - Two restrooms - Free street parking - Wheelchair accessible

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings

ODC was perfect for my branding video shoot. ODC is giving what is it suppose to give for the community and creatives. I definitely will re-book and recommend for venue rental.

The space is beautiful!! The decor is trendy and the natural light makes it a dream to shoot both photo and video content! The host was very communicative and a joy to work with! I would definitely book again.

Jasmine was amazing! She was very quick to respond to any questions I had beforehand. We were able to get in on-time, she checked in on us and was very kind! The space was exactly as advertised. Very cute space with trendy flooring and furniture and living plants!! I thought they had to be fake, but they are real and gorgeous. We used this space for a photoshoot with 25 people and it was perfect. We used the natural light from the window and the other side for refreshments. There were two bathrooms, which was great because we had to do a lot of makeup checks and hair checks and two is much better than one.

Yes, I would book again.

The open door concept is a great space for workshops and training seminars. It was spacious and cozy. I also appreciate the location as it allowed for plenty of parking and convenience to nearby restaurants for a lunch break. The host Jasmine is responsive and very pleasant.

Yes, I would book again.

The host was very responsive, the location was as advertised and very clean. We filmed some video content and liked that we were allowed to move furniture around in the space to our liking.

I was first greeted warmly by Jasmine and made to feel like a guest in her home! The space was impeccable and was beautiful to the point that I didn’t even need to bring any decor in. Everything that I needed for a successful event was present in the space. It was spacious and every single one of my guests raved about the space and it’s beautiful design. They felt super comfortable and are ready to come back lol. I would definitely be back soon as I wouldn’t mind doing all of my events here between the service I received from Jasmine to the space itself I am thoroughly pleased.

Great space! Jasmine greeted us for check in and was extremely personable. Open Door was perfect for our staff training - ample seating and great environment. Thanks again and we look forward to using the space again. Highly recommend!
